Full Time – 36 hours per week

Starting Date: November 1, 2021

Special Qualifications:  The Transition Services Specialist performs duties to assist in the management and administration of the Housing Stability and Eviction Diversion and Emergency Solutions Programs. The Transition Services Specialist will be primarily responsible for assessing, arranging, coordinating, and monitoring the delivery of individualized services to facilitate housing stability for eligible applicants. High School diploma or GED required. One-year experience in assisted housing, social service, or related field. Strong personal computer skills and mathematical abilities. Strong ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to perform duties of the position with minimal direction through their own initiative and work in a time-sensitive environment.

Salary/Wage: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
