RESPONSIBILITIES:  The Credit Building Coordinator (CBC) is responsible for providing overall programmatic support to Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) and the New Growth Credit Building program. They will work with individuals interested in starting or growing a small business.  They will provide one-on-one counseling to clients in order to help them access the resources, information, and knowledge they require for credit building in relation to business development. 

REQUIREMENTS:   Bachelor’s degree with two years’ experience in communications, business administration, business development, public administration, or related social science is recommended.  An equivalent combination or education and experience may be acceptable.

Experience with community resource related work, and a client-centered, team-oriented background.

Capable of working in a remote work environment and must be a highly collaborative individual while still being able to work independently.

Be a positive team player with excellent people skills.  Have the ability to communicate and work professionally with all clients and co-workers with a positive attitude.

DETAILS:  This is a full time position working 36 hours per week in the West Plains area.  Salary:  $40,000/annually.
