Full Time- Regular (MORE THAN 30 HOURS, MORE THAN 6 MONTHS) 36 hours per week

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The main function of the Family Assistance Coordinator (FAC) is to help low-income individuals and families gain stability and achieve economic security. The FAC helps low-income individuals and families to engage and become active in building opportunities in communities. The FAC is responsible for contacting, referring, and providing services to low-income individuals and families engaged in the Community and Family Assistance Programs, including but not limited to LIHEAP.

Successful candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:

• Ability to manage multiple projects

• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives and extensive case loads

• Proficient in computer/software, virtual programs i.e. Zoom, etc., including, without limitation, Microsoft programs

• Must exhibit professionalism and possess excellent customer service skills and communication skills, particularly in writing and listening.

Salary/Wage: $1458- $2083/month
