PART TIME:  Up to 25 hrs. per week, falling between M-Th. Some Fri/Sat work may be required.

JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENT:  The Farm Outreach Coordinator (FOC) will be responsible for achieving the outcomes of the project. This project will enhance West Central’s current food systems program and add to the already robust farmer outreach and assistance work. Through this project, West Central plans outreach to 100 historically underserved producers farming in the west central region of Missouri. The FOC will provide one-on-one technical assistance to farmers and support them in implementing conservation agriculture practices on their farms and to get access to the NRCS programs that can help them be successful.  This person needs to be a well-organized, team-oriented, problem solver and a self-starter.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:  Must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a related field or a Bachelor’s degree in an equivalent field.

Salary/Wage: $18.70-$20.00/hr
