FULL TIME TEMP (MORE THAN 30 HOURS, LESS THAN 6 MONTHS)
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
The ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues/fulfill requests as reported by staff, remotely and in person.
Critical thinking and problem solving.
Provides customer service-oriented helpdesk support to internal staff.
Assists in maintaining accurate physical and software inventory.
Updates and upgrades software and hardware.
Installing, maintaining and documenting physical networks. (Cat 5/6 cable, patch panel, using a toner, using a ladder, some tight spaces).
Must have valid driver’s license and proof of insurance and be able to drive in and out of service area.
Assists in managing Active Directory Accounts, Groups, Exchange Online, Teams.
Assists in managing a variety of systems accessed via web interface, door systems, copiers, etc.
Performs additional related duties as assigned by the I.T. Director.
|# OF HOURS PER WEEK: 36||MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 12|
Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
I.T. Certifications and or Degree preferred.
Experience managing IPV4 networks, wired and wireless, DHCP, DNS preferred.
Experience running and terminating cat5 or 6 cable preferred.
Understanding of file systems/structure is required.
Must have strong organizational and communication skills. Must be adept in training skills and must work effectively and efficiently with many levels of staff.
