RESPONSIBILITIES:  The IT Coordinator assists in managing and supporting the use of computers and information technology.  Aspects include technical support, hardware, software, and a variety of systems accessed via web interface, door systems, copiers, etc.

The IT Coordinator will provide customer service-oriented helpdesk support to internal staff.  Must be able to install, maintain, and document physical networks. (Cat 5/6, patch panel, using a toner).  Ability to use a ladder and occasionally maneuver in tight spaces.   

REQUIREMENTS:   The ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve issues/fulfill request as reported by staff, remotely and in person.  Will assist in managing Active Directory Accounts, Groups, Exchange Online, and Teams.

A High School Diploma or GED is required; I.T. Certifications and or Degree are preferred. 

Understanding of file systems/structure is required. 

Experience managing IPV4 networks, wired and wireless, DHCP, DNS preferred; and experience running and terminating cat5 or 6 cable.

Must have strong organizational and communication skills.  Must be adept in training skills and must work effectively and efficiently with many levels of staff.

DETAILS:  This is a full time position working 36 hours per week at the Central Office in Appleton City, MO. 

Wage:  $20/hr.  Starting date:  ASAP.  Application deadline: open until position is filled.  Grade: 5.
