MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) SPECIALIST – Central Office – Appleton City

Full-Time – 36 hours per week

Starting Date: Immediately                                                                     

Special Qualifications: The MIS Specialist will oversee the operation of the computer software/network system, emergency programs and the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), including required reports and assist in contacting the referring low-income persons to programs operated by the Agency and other organizations that serve low-income persons.  This position will be responsible for the local system setup, along with updates of computer programs, monitoring staff usage, and resolving issues in a timely manner.  High School Diploma or GED required.  Three years social services and office experience or 2 years post high school education in related field.  Ability to use a variety of computer software preferred.

Salary/Wage: $ 11.00 to $11.50 per hour
