JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
The LIHEAP Manager is responsible for monitoring the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) and the LIHEAP Specialists.
The LIHEAP Manager is responsible for managing ECIP including review, approval, processing, and reconciliation to ensure LIHEAP policy and procedures are compliant.
The LIHEAP Manager will assist the LIHEAP Director and other community services personnel in a variety of duties in the day-to-day operations of the LIHEAP and LIHWAP programs.

# OF HOURS PER WEEK: 36 hrs./week

REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or
