MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Location:  Hawthorn Estates, Harrisonville, MO

RESPONSIBILITIES:   The Maintenance Specialist will maintain the community’s equipment, structures, operating systems, and grounds, while taking pride in providing friendly and professional services for our residents.

Performs daily walkthrough of the facility and addresses any malfunctions in need of prompt repair and janitorial issues.  Responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new move-ins, responds to assigned service requests, and assists with coordinating preventative maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:   Candidates must have prior preventative maintenance and lawn maintenance experience.

Will be a team player with excellent people skills.  Has the ability to communicate and work professionally with all residents and co-workers with a positive attitude.  Will provide amazing customer service on a daily basis.

Twelve months of experience; High School Diploma or GED.

DETAILS:  This is a part time position working up to 24 hours per week.  Hourly wage:  $16.00- $18.00.  Starting date:  Immediately.  Application deadline: 06/30/2023.  Grade:  4
