Weatherization Benefits

Missouri residents with incomes at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty levels, especially the elderly, the physically disadvantaged and families with children, may be eligible for assistance

What You Should Know About Mold

Exposure to damp and moldy environments may cause a variety of health effects, or none at all. Some people are sensitive to molds. For these people, molds can cause nasal stuffiness, throat irritation, coughing or wheezing, eye irritation, or, in some cases, skin irritation.

HOUSING ASSISTANCE– Rental Assistance Help – Help low-income residents with rental payments so they may have access to safe, clean, and affordable housing. 

LIHEAP PROGRAM Utility Bill Assistance – West Central helps qualified residents stay warm all winter long by providing assistance for utility bills. 

MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING- Quality Housing for Seniors and those with special needs- West Central has developed and currently manages 399 units of multi-family housing.
