TRANSITION SERVICES ASSOCIATE

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Transition Services Associate will perform coordinated entry to efficiently and effectively connect people to housing and service interventions. Additionally, they will work in other areas to cover absences or relief, equalizing peak work periods or otherwise balance the workflow. This position will also be responsible for routine and non-routine Housing Assistance program inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment that requires assisting the public in a pleasant manner at all times.
Be reliable and have the ability to work under stressful situations. Handle sensitive agency and participant information in confidential manner.
Have the ability work professionally with supervisors, clients, and co-workers with a positive attitude.
Be a positive team player with excellent people skills, verbal and written communications, organizational, and detail oriented.
A High School Diploma or GED including one year post high school/GED work experience in customer service or social services, is required.
DETAILS: This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week at either Appleton City or Raymore. Wage: $14/hourly.
