RESPONSIBILITIES: Applicants will perform a variety of activities to weatherize homes and make them more energy efficient. Duties included, but are not limited to; repairing windows, installing and sealing air ducts, combustion air openings, or ventilation openings, installing storm windows and storm doors, installing weather stripping, and performing site clean-up.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have basic carpentry skills and be comfortable with working in tight spaces (attics, basements, crawlspaces).
Twelve months of experience; OSHA 10 Certification (course and training provided by the agency).
Be a reliable and positive team player with excellent people skills. Communicate and work professionally with all clients and co-workers in a courteous and respectful manner.
DETAILS: This is a full time position working 36 hours per week in the Appleton City, MO. Wages: $15.00- $18.00/ hour. Starting date: Immediately.
