What Makes CSBG Different?
The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is the foundation of Community Action in Missouri—providing flexible funding that allows local agencies to meet the unique needs of their communities.
Missouri’s 19 Community Action Agencies, guided by local boards, use CSBG to leverage other public and private resources, creating a strong network of support. Administered by the Family Support Division of the Department of Social Services, CSBG helps families move from crisis to stability.
