RESPONSIBILITIES: The FACES Coordinator helps low-income individuals and families gain stability and achieve economic security, helping them engage and become active in building opportunities in their communities. The FACES Coordinator is responsible for contacting, referring, and providing services to clients through the Community and Family Assistance Programs, including but not limited to LIHEAP (low income home energy assistance program) and Skill Up.
REQUIREMENTS: The ability to successfully manage multiple projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives including extensive caseloads. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and possess the ability to use a variety of software applications including unit specific software. Ability to use basic office equipment (i.e., phone systems, copying machines, scanner/printers, and computers). Experienced in virtual programs such as Zoom and Microsoft TEAMS a plus.
Be a positive team player with excellent people skills, the ability to communicate and work professionally with all clients and co-workers with a positive attitude while motivating and inspiring others.
Ability to handle sensitive agency and participant information in a confidential manner.
High School Diploma or GED is required. Three years social services and office experience or two years post-high school education in related field preferred.
DETAILS: Salary: $20.69-$23.00/hour. This is a full time position working 36 hours per week at different office locations within Benton, Henry, Hickory, & Morgan counties. Starting date: Immediately. Months of experience required: 24. Application deadline: Open until position is filled. Grade: 5.
