Initial Milestone: Partner with educational institutions to enhance access to industry-relevant training and certification programs.
Intermediate Milestone: Launch scholarships or grant-funded training for high-demand fields, with a target of enrolling 100 residents in the first year.
Long-Term Milestone: Achieve a 30% increase in residents completing skills training, with certifications tailored to local employer needs.
