Our secluded apartment community features wooded views in a a park-like setting.  All units are two-bedroom duplexes fully equipped with fill-sized appliances, central heat and air, and are internet and cable-ready.

In order to be accepted as a resident of Cedar Ridge, applicants must meet be referred by Compass Health.

• Complete an application
• Meet all screening qualifications that include, but are not limited to: 1) criminal background check, 2) credit check, 3) prior landlord references, 4) income verifications
• Meet all income and program qualifications

2019 Maximum income limits are as follows: 

1-person: $23,880 gross annual income

2-persons: $27,300

3-persons: $30,720

4-persons: $34,080
